In addition to the requests for prayers on this site we also ask visitors to our pages to remember the ministry of Positive Catholics, ‘CAPS’ and our supporters.

To our Sisters and Brothers living with Hiv throughout the world:
As we try to support each other here in the UK, we are very aware that there are millions of others living and struggling with HIV and Aids throughout the world. We are fortunate in so many ways. Many of our members are from Africa, or Latin America, and European countries outside of the UK, so we share many stories, and know of your challenges. We pray for you, and wish to express our solidarity and love in Jesus’ name. We cannot assist you directly with money, food or clothes as we would like to. Many of our members also struggle here, and many of us lack what we need to live properly in this society. Yet we will pray for you and for your families. We pray that God will strengthen you and heal you, and bring you peace. We encourage you to remember that Jesus is with you, and know always that God who is our Father and Mother loves you beyond measure. May the Holy Spirit comfort and guide you especially in those times when God seems distant. We ask you also to pray for us.
Our community is supported with prayers by the following;
Fr. Lewis Watuka, (Zambia), celebrates Mass for our intentions regularly. Your particular requests will be passed to him and to our other prayer supporters,
Sister Francine Henley, CP, and the Passionist Sisters in Warrington.
Sister Marcella is a Passionist Sister in London.
Sister Gill is a Medical Missionary sister (MMs) now based in London.
We are also supported in prayer by the Benedictine Communities of St Gregory the Great at Downside and St Edmund at Douai; The Society of Jesus; and The Passionist Community in the UK.
Then when you call upon me and come and pray to me, I will hear you.
When you search for me, you will find me;
if you seek me with all your heart,
I will let you find me. (Jer 29: 12-13)
